Terms of Participation

Eligibility:

  • Any natural person over the age of 18 is eligible to participate in this promotion.
  • The campaign is open to participants who have purchased a new turntable from the RP-series between August 1st and October 31st, 2023, at selected online or in-store locations. These can be found here: https://www.reloop.com/free-gift?country=DE

Purchase:

  • Participants must purchase a new turntable from the RP-series within the specified period.
  • Only purchases made at participating stores listed here will be considered eligible. Purchases from platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or similar marketplaces and purchasing B-stock turntables are excluded.

Registration:

  • To qualify for the gift, participants must register their purchase by clicking on the provided link and completing the registration form: https://www.reloop.com/free-gift-form
  • Participants must upload a valid proof of purchase before November 1st, 2023.
  • If a participant has two invoices, the form must be filled out twice, once for each invoice.
  • A maximum of two turntables can be registered per natural person

Confirmation:

  • After registration, participants will receive an email acknowledging that their form has been received. Please note that this email does not confirm the gift; it simply confirms the submission of the form.

Gift Delivery:

  • Once the participant's information is verified, the free gift will be sent to the registered address.
  • Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for the gift to arrive after verification.
  • For shipping in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg, Reloop will be responsible for the delivery.
  • Shipping of the gifts will be handled by our distributors, who will arrange the delivery in your country. Distributions are listed as followed:
