Currently it´s only possible to choose and/or change the effects by using the computer mouse and Serato DJ Intro main screen – as this is a limitation of Serato DJ Intro. Go to 'DJ-FX' and choose/change effects there.

This feature is already available In Virtual DJ and Traktor Pro.

Use your mouse to drop samples/songs from your Serato playlists and crates or iTunes libary into the sample slots. Go to 'Samples' on your main Serato DJ Intro screen and drag and drop the files into the sample slots.

This feature is already available In Virtual DJ and Traktor Pro.

Use your mouse and click on 'DJ-FX' or SAMPLES on your computer screen to change between the views.

First of all please make sure your audio settings are correct:

Open Preferences > Sound Setup

Inputs: LINE-INs
Outputs: HEADPHONES (Master Chan 1& 2 / Chan 3 & 4)
Sound card: ASIO (Reloop ASIO)

Mac:

Outputs: HEADPHONES (Master Chan 1& 2 / Chan 3 & 4)
Sound card: 4-IN/4-OUT CARD (Terminal Mix)

Select the default Skin (Preferences > Skins > VirtualDJ 7 (2 Decks).

You will now find an "AUX"-button above the channel VU-meter which you just have to activate.

Additionally you can set a keyboard shortcut to define which deck to use as Line input.

Note: You have to set the "Input Routing" switch found on your Terminal Mix to "SW".

When Terminal Mix is connected and Serato DJ or Intro still says that your hardware is disconnected please try the following steps:

1. Ensure that Serato DJ (or Intro) is closed.
2. Connect your Terminal Mix device.
3. Open Finder and open Audio MIDI Setup.
4. Click on "Window" in the menu and open "Show MIDI Window".
5. Search for "Terminal Mix (2 or 4)". If you can see the name here, your Terminal Mix should be installed correctly. If your device is connected, but shows something else, then try the following:
6. Disconnect your Terminal Mix; remove the device in MIDI-Studio by clicking the remove device button.
7. Reconnect your device. It should now be displayed as "Terminal Mix 2 (or 4)".
