With the RHP series, Reloop introduces a new generation of premium headphones that will be appealing and inspiring to demanding DJs. The RHP-10 unites a modern, lightweight design with a robust construction, noble materials and luxurious features. In spite of the enormous driver units, the ear cups are constructed in a plain and compact way - space saving and light.
The bracket is top-class in all aspects: the aluminium bar grants stability and lightness, the precise adjustment allows an accurate alignment and the double casing with the upper made of artificial leather and the lower side made of fluid-absorbing Climabsorb net-nylon guarantees wearing comfort and robustness.
Furthermore enclosed to the RHP-10 there are 2 differently sized ear paddings. Due to the large cut-out, the paddings clasp around the ears and offer maximum acoustic baffle. The small cut-out lets the cups bear on the ears which is especially comfortable. Of course all connections are gold-plated and angular. RHP-10: Reloop headphones, premium quality.
The large drivers ensure a decent output volume, and I couldn’t separate the punchy, ample bass from that of much more expensive headphones. The mids and highs were balanced and overall as a DJ headphone the sound is exactly what you’d expect and want. No complaints there.
The Reloop RHP-10 headphones is a great alternative for DJ’s looking to get a good set of headphones for about half the price of other brands and models with similar features. This is the first set of headphones that I have ever reviewed or tested that come with so many customizable options (i.e. color, cables, ear cups). They are very durable, lightweight, comfortable, and compact. They have a foldable design which can be worn in many different ways and makes it easier to transport. The sound quality and Bass Response of the Reloop RHP-10 headphones gets worse and worse as the volume gets higher and higher. At normal levels, they are excellent, but at high volumes there is much distortion present. These Headphones are recommended for beginner DJ’s, Bedroom DJ’s, studio DJ’s, and anyone who needs minor monitoring capabilities. These headphones are not recommended for performing DJ’s who need high volumes and superior sound isolation.
