Reloop richtet sich mit dem IQ2 MIDI nicht nur an die Fans der digitalen Zukunft, sonder auch an jene, die eine Anschaffung im mittleren Preissegment tätigen wollen. Für knapp EUR 500,- erhält man einen ausgereiften und gut verarbeiteten Mischer, der nun wirklich kein Einsteigeer-Produkt ist.
Wer für kleinere Veranstaltungen oder zur privaten Nutzung einen kompakten und nicht ganz alltäglichen DJ-Mixer sucht, sollte sich den IQ2 MIDI von Reloop genauer ansehen. Das Gerät glänzt mit einer langen Ausstattungsliste, lässt sich zudem als MIDI-Controller nebst Audiointerface nutzen und kann dabei sowohl klanglich als auch qualitativ überzeugen.

Der Reloop IQ2 MIDI hat tatsächlich das gewisse Etwas, das ihn von anderen, doch recht langweiligen 2-Kanal Mixern deutlich abhebt. Die Effektsektion, die MIDI-Funktionalität und das 4x4 Audio Interface steigern den Wert des IQ2 MIDI ungemein. Er schlägt damit in eine Nische, die ihn vor allem für Scratch- und Mash Up DJs interessant macht, die mit Traktor, Serato und Co. auflegen und Elemente zur Loop und Effektsteuerung direkt auf dem Mixer wünschen.
